How to Be Delivered from Witchcraft and Occult Practices ?
Witchcraft and occultism lure many into darkness, causing destruction and separation from God. Yet, the Lord calls us to freedom and salvation through Jesus Christ.
John 8:36 – "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."
Regardless of how deep the oppression is, Jesus Christ has the power to set you free. This article will guide you through God’s Word to experience true deliverance and walk in Christ’s light.
1. Understanding the Danger of Witchcraft and Occultism
The Bible strongly condemns witchcraft and divination.
Deuteronomy 18:10-12 – "Let no one be found among you who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells... Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord."
These practices open doors to the demonic realm, enslaving those who engage in them. But through Jesus Christ, we have authority to renounce them and walk in the light.
2. Turning to Jesus for Total Deliverance
Colossians 1:13 – "He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves."
Steps to Freedom:
Renounce all occult practices and break every spiritual bond with darkness.
Confess your sins and ask God for forgiveness. (1 John 1:9)
Declare Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. (Romans 10:9)
Destroy all occult objects and symbols. (Acts 19:19)
Live a life of prayer and holiness. (James 4:7)
3. Living in Victory and Divine Protection
