Stop Crying, God is in Control of Your Situation
1. Jesus Christ, the Supreme Comforter
In this world filled with trials, we sometimes go through moments of pain, sorrow, and uncertainty. Life’s circumstances can overwhelm us, making us feel alone and discouraged. However, we must remember a fundamental truth: Jesus Christ is here, He sees our tears, and He is in control of every situation we face.
The Word of God tells us in Psalm 34:18:
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
When we feel burdened, we must remember that Jesus Himself went through moments of suffering. At Gethsemane, before going to the cross, He experienced deep anguish and prayed in distress (Luke 22:44). Yet, He accepted the Father’s will and fulfilled the work of salvation.
The pain you feel today is not beyond God’s reach. He is near, He hears you, and He will wipe away your tears. Jesus came to give us hope and abundant life (John 10:10). Even when everything seems dark, remember that God has not lost control.
2. Jesus Has the Final Say Over Your Situation
The Bible gives us the example of Martha and Mary, the sisters of Lazarus, who were weeping after their brother’s death. They thought it was over, that death had the final say. But Jesus intervened, and despite the apparent delay, He proved that He was always in control.
He said to Martha:
"Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?" (John 11:40)
Then He cried out in a loud voice:
"Lazarus, come out!" (John 11:43), and the one who was dead came back to life.
Perhaps you are facing a situation that seems dead—a lost opportunity, a broken dream, a persistent illness, financial struggles, or a complicated family issue. But remember, Jesus has the final say!
In Matthew 19:26, He says:
"With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
God has not abandoned you. He is working behind the scenes to transform your situation.
3. Surrender Everything to Him and Take Courage
In Matthew 11:28, Jesus invites us to lay our burdens at His feet:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Too often, we try to carry our burdens alone, worrying and crying, thinking everything is over. But Jesus calls us to trust Him. Give Him your concerns, surrender your worries, and let Him act.
In Isaiah 41:10, God says:
"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
He is your refuge and your strength. He will never abandon you.
4. Declare Victory by Faith!
Faith is essential to seeing God’s hand move. In Hebrews 11:1, it is written:
"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."
Even if everything seems against you, rise up and proclaim victory! Do not let fear or doubt rule your heart. God calls you to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).
Conclusion
Stop crying! Jesus Christ is alive, and He reigns. He holds power over your situation, and He will act at the perfect time. Rise up, pray, worship, and believe that your miracle is coming.
Faith Declaration:
"I choose to trust God. He is in control of my life, and His grace is sufficient for me. No matter what I go through, I know that Jesus has the final say. I receive His peace and His victory. Amen!"
Be encouraged, Jesus Christ has not forgotten you. He is in control!
